Consultation Services for Professionals
Prolonged Exposure Therapy
Helping you deliver PE with clarity, confidence, and clinical integrity.
From Protocol to Practice: Support for PE Providers
Prolonged Exposure is a powerful treatment for PTSD—but it can also feel intimidating when you’re first getting started. Whether you’re newly trained or have years of experience and want to fine-tune your work, consultation can help you feel more confident in your clinical decisions and more grounded in the model.
I offer individual consultation to therapists, psychologists, and other licensed professionals who are using (or want to use) PE in their work. You don’t have to figure this out alone—or rely on guesswork when cases get complex.
What We Can Focus On
Whether you need a one-time consult or ongoing support, we’ll make sure it’s useful, collaborative, and tailored to the work you’re actually doing.
Case conceptualization and treatment planning
Navigating avoidance, dissociation, or stuck points
Clarifying when and how to begin imaginal exposure
Adapting PE for complex trauma, comorbid diagnoses, or high-risk clients
Ethical questions or professional stuckness around fidelity to the model
Managing your own nervous system as a PE provider
