Therapy with me isn’t about staying stuck in the past. It’s about confronting what’s happening now—and doing something about it.
I work with people who’ve been through hard things. People who function well on the outside but are constantly overthinking, shutting down, avoiding, or second-guessing themselves on the inside. If that’s you, I want you to know: you don’t have to stay in that loop forever.
My job is to help you understand what’s actually driving those patterns—then show you the tools, support, and structure to change them. I don’t just sit and listen. I’ll reflect things you might not see yet. We work together to come up with what works for you and tailor the therapy to your needs based on current research.
I’m trained in evidence-based therapies like Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, CBT, EMDR, and DBT-informed interventions. These approaches work. But they only work when they’re used with skill, clarity, and care—and that’s what I bring to every session.
Clients tell me they feel seen without feeling judged. They say I’m calm, direct, and reliable. That I challenge them in ways that feel safe. That therapy with me feels structured but human.
That’s exactly what I aim for.
